Sebastian owns Primary Build's finance and operations and directs its strategic initiatives, from the real estate program to customer systems. He oversees US customer relationships and is lead project manager for the US.
His background is institutional real estate finance: asset management at Goldman Sachs, hospitality investment sales and investment banking at JLL, then real estate development at Restaurant Brands International. He brings underwriting discipline to Primary Build's pricing, budgets and delivery.
